As a woman, mother, wife, and single parent at different stages of my life, I understand how easy it is to lose sight of who you are.
But I also know the freedom that comes when you reconnect with God and remember that His strength is made perfect in our weakness.

- Certified Life Coach with over 15 years of experience
- 25+ years mentoring women across all walks of life — from young women finding their way to mothers navigating parenthood and new seasons
- Trainee Counsellor, deepening my ability to support others with care and compassion
- Author of a poetry book on self-discovery, healing, and faith
- Motivational Speaker & Spoken Word Artist, inspiring women through storytelling and truth
- Deep understanding of women’s challenges through my own journey of 'Creating Kiah' — finding strength in God, rebuilding confidence, and embracing new beginnings
